These Terms of Service govern your use of the DroneWashExterior website and services. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide drone-based exterior cleaning, including windows, façades, building envelopes, solar arrays, roofs, and soft washing, within our published service area. Service availability depends on site conditions, weather, and safety assessment.
Estimates are not binding quotes
Any instant range shown on this website is a non-binding ballpark for planning only. A final, exact price is provided after a free on-site assessment and is subject to confirmation in writing.
Scheduling & cancellation
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Weather or unsafe flight conditions may require rescheduling. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Safety, liability & insurance
All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107-certified pilots following ground-based safety procedures. We carry liability insurance; proof of coverage is available on request. You agree to provide safe site access and to disclose hazards that may affect operations.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If an area does not meet the agreed standard, contact us and we will make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
